An Alcoholic threatened a shopkeeper with a torrent of racial abuse before assaulting a police officer, Grimsby Crown Court heard. Luke Webster, 22, of Tennyson House, Grimsby, admitted using racially aggravated threatening words or behaviour towards Mohammed Azizi and assaulting PC Caroline Cameron on November 20.
