YOU'VE featured on a number of occasions a bridge on the Willows Estate that has suffered from vandalism, but has performed a useful task as a public right of way.
I suggest that a vandal-proof structure be erected, as a replacement, offsite then brought into position. It would need to be wide enough for wheelchairs, but not for motorised transport.See the full content of this document
