Sliding house prices and more generous lending are helping to make home buying more affordable for first-time buyers. On average, those at the bottom of the property ladder in the UK need Pounds 2,371 less than a month ago to buy their first home, this month's FindaProperty.com House Price And Affordability Index reveals.
