BINBROOK wheelchair racer Jamie Carter was left speechless after being named Lincolnshire's Young Disabled Sportsperson of the year. Carter, 16, who is a member of Cleethorpes Athletics Club, capped off an impressive 2011 by scooping the coveted accolade at the county's annual sports awards ceremony.
