AT Pounds 2.3-million in 2011 money, Steve Chalke MBE holds the Guinness world record for London Marathon sponsorship. He has vied with Sir Steve Redgrave CBE for the title. Most know him as the leader of Oasis, a charity that does much more than sponsor Wintringham and Immingham academies. Few would identify him as UN special adviser on community action against human trafficking.

From my conversations in North East Lincolnshire, even fewer would care to think of Steve Chalke as the author of the book The Lost Message Of Jesus.
