COACHING is continuing to develop within organisations despite budget cuts brought about by the tough economic climate, according to a new report from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), entitled, 'Coaching Climate'.
The report investigates how coaching and mentoring are developing, and aims to help human resource (HR) prS ofessionals and coaches deliver the best possible value from their initiatives. This year, just under 80 pS er cent of those questioned said they continue to use such methods, compared to 90 per cent in 2009, but the landscape is far from bleak with more than four-fifths reporting they're doing more than they did two years ago.See the full content of this document
