A NEW survey has revealed North Lincolnshire Council has passed on thousands of cases to bailiffs to deal with the late payment of council tax and parking fines.
The research by consumer watchdogs at Big Brother Watch showed that, between 2007 and last year, the local authority hired third- party debt recovery agencies on 12,716 occasions.See the full content of this document
