GORDON Brown has denied he had starved the Armed Forces of the funds they needed for years, as the Ministry of Defence warned the military faced "tough choices" on spending after the General Election.
An MoD green paper, setting out the framework for a post- election strategic defence review, said in future Britain would need to co-operate more with allies like France in order to provide the full range of defence capabilities.See the full content of this document
