HUMAN rights campaigners are hoping to make it easier for abuse victims in Lincolnshire to report harassment and hate crimes anonymously.

Lincolnshire Police say there were 312 hate crimes reported between April last year and March this year, including 274 racist incidents, 25 homophobic and seven disability-motivated crimes.
