JUNIORS at Cleethorpes and District Swimming Club (Cads) illustrated signs of a promising future as they contested the North of England Area Junior League finals alongside some illustrious clubs.
The Under-9s to Under-12s swimmers qualified for the prestigious event having recently been crowned Lincolnshire County Junior League champions for just the second time in the club's history. Although they finished last in the area finals, held at Tynemouth ASC, near Newcastle, the youngsters gave a number of encouraging performances. Six clubs contested the northern area gala, with the top four teams progressing to a national final against the top four junior teams from the southern England area final.See the full content of this document
