GRANTS for new plant and machinery and relaxed planning rules could encourage another major manufacturer in the renewables industry to follow Siemens to the Humber region. Business leaders met yesterday to establish the boundaries for an enterprise zone - a concept designed by the Government to boost the economy by creating jobs and attracting investment.
