'Gross' Breach of Trust Earns Thief 21 Months in Jail ; Prison for Woman Who Took Pounds 30,000 From Pensioner

A FORMER Cleethorpes market trader has been jailed for 21 months after plundering a pensioner's bank accounts in the "grossest possible breach of trust".

Della Dunn, 55, admitted fraud, involving an abuse of her position, between April 2007 and March last year, after systematically stealing Pounds 30,000 of Mavis Wilkinson's life savings. The jailing was welcomed by the pensioner's son, Brian Reynolds, who lives in Highgate, Cleethorpes, but he was disappointed with the length of the sentence.
