CUE World's Ivan Harvey (Owe80) achieved the highest break of the week in the Grimsby District Billiards League, but still lost out to Liam Oswin (R20).

Harvey knocked in breaks of 56 and 33, but Oswin beat him by 200- 110 at Ray Edmonds B, when Cue World paid them a visit. Cue World new boy Ryan Milson (R50) took the next by 200-137 from Matt Patterson (R100) to pull the scores level, but Pete Norman (R100) fluked his way to victory against Dave Litchfield (R80) winning 200- 180, and keeping his team at the top with a 2-1 win. got the same Staying joint top, Clee Bowls got the same result at Westlands, after Ken Wivell (Owe10) had put the home side ahead by beating Ray Charlton (Owe10) by 200-95.
