THE following people have been sentenced at Grimsby Magistrates' Court: Bradley Herron, 36, of Rutland Street, Grimsby, admitted stealing 14 multi-packs of socks, valued at Pounds 130, belonging to The Original Factory Shop, on June 22, 2012 while subject of a 12- month conditional discharge imposed by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates Court on June 4, 2012 for theft; and failing to surrender to custody at Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates Court on August 8, and September 4, 2012. He was given a 12-month community order to participate in a Thinking skills programme in Queen Street, Grimsby, and ordered to pay Pounds 85 costs.Antony Lamberton, 37, of Hainton Avenue, Grimsby, admitted failing to regularly send a child of compulsory school age, born June 17, 1997, registered at St Andrew's College, to Park House Pupil Referral Unit, between December 12, 2011 and March 21, 2012. He was fined Pounds 35 and ordered to pay Pounds 15 victims' surcharge.
