Summary
IN January 2007, a letter of mine highlighted the difficulty pedestrians faced in trying to cross Dudley Street (where the traffic flow is virtually constant).
Three years later, there are still no signals for pedestrians. You have to wait for Dudley Street traffic to stop, then quickly cross before left-turning Bargate vehicles get moving.
