NORTH Lincolnshire's Labour-run council cabinet's spending policy is beyond belief, and was highlighted through three stories in the same week.

On Monday, July 19, the Labour council leader Mark Kirk's spokesman announced that our mayor and Mr Kirk would have a shiny new, expensive and leased seven-seater Mercedes to drive around in at a cost of Pounds 974.16 per month without counting its running costs.
