WILLOWS Primary School has been treated as a "scapegoat" and closing it would be like "ripping the heart out of the community", according to parents and supporters.
Emma Moore, 28, whose four-year-old daughter Ebony attends the nursery, said: "The council said that we have not got the numbers and that children who go to the nursery don't count because they don't necessarily stay on. That is absolute rubbish."See the full content of this document
