I TOTALLY agree with the letter from Mrs M Mumby (Viewpoint, October 5) regarding why residents cannot have parking permits.
I and the residents of Frodingham Road have petitioned North Lincolnshire Council on this matter and have also attended a meeting to discuss why the residents are being penalised for parking outside their homes which they had been doing for the past 20 years before Civil Enforcement Officers were employed by the council.See the full content of this document
