Summary
EVENTS over the last few weeks, both local and international, the wearing of the poppy, have brought to mind memories of distant and current conflicts and yet, sacrifice and hardship are not confined to specific dates, but a daily occurrence.
To my mind, the poppy, a symbol of our love and remembrance, should be worn every day, if not in public view, then in our hearts to show that for each day we thank others for what they do for us.See the full content of this document
