That was the message today after a 25-year-old Grimsby man was left with life-threatening injuries after falling 25ft from his quad bike during the early hours of yesterday. Although it is not known how the rider lost control and crashed, the incident prompted quad bike traders and trainers to issue advice to riders to avoid injury.
