s house sales continue at about half pre-credit crunch levels, research by PrimeLocation.com and Grand Designs Live reveals the tactics vendors are using to sell their homes by making them more appealing to "aspirational" buyers. This includes the more extreme measures such as leaving out stylish magazines (16 per cent of those polled) and luxuries such as exotic fruit and upmarket wines (10 per cent).
