Skydivers have swooped on North Lincolnshire to mark the 90th anniversary of the Royal British Legion.
Seventy-year-old Scunthorpe man Cliff Redknap was one of 35 volunteers doing tandem skydives at Hibaldstow Airfield to celebrate the landmark occasion for one of the nation's longest running military charities. Cliff, a former military parachutist, raised Pounds 750 for the Royal British Legion, and said he was proud to be part of the 90th anniversary celebrations. He said: "I've been a member of the British Legion for years, and was really keen to do something to celebrate the anniversary.
