Summary
MAY I add my congratulations to all the young students, both local and national, on the results gained from their latest exams and wish them luck in their future academic ambitions.
Now here's a question I would like to pose: How many of these young people would rather evade the shackles of full-time education and go out into the real world and useful employment, or do they feel under duress from their parents to carry on that education because they want them to be the new status symbol, ie keeping up with the Joneses? Finally, I have heard of a new course available to students entitled Critical Thinking - what does that relate to common sense.See the full content of this document
