Summary


In 2009, Humberside Engineering Training Association (HETA) took a decision that was to result in an additional 60 apprentices finding employment.

All applicants for apprenticeships with HETA must come through a rigorous six-step process, which includes a requirement for four GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including maths, English and science, ability testing, workshop assessment, behavioural assessment and an interview.
