DOES Stagecoach have any kind of policy regarding leaving people standing at bus stops? I am an older person who uses a walking stick and have lost count of the number of times I have been left at bus stops despite the driver being aware I was almost at the door.
Recently one driver saw me walk in front of the bus as fast as I could manage. He then passed me and pulled up at the stop. One man got on and I was within touching distance of the door when he pulled away.See the full content of this document
